Dr. Alan Getts left the army as a practicing pediatrician and entered private practice in 1994.  In January 2005, he formed Covenant Multi-specialty Group and hired Tom Holbert to manage the practice.  Tom was a former naval nuclear power operator doing consulting work in the nuclear power and petrol-chemical industry.  He met Dr Getts while he was director of training and operations support on contract to the Savannah River Site’s Defense Waste Processing Facility.

In 2011, Covenant Multi-specialty Group decided to form separate companies from the main departments.  A pediatric, pediatric developmental, management, and medical billing company were formed. That management company is Covenant Management Services of the CSRA.  Not long after that, an allergy practice and a prompt care for kids were added. We have helped doctors launch their practices and guided them during their early years until they are able to decide whether or not to manage their self or retain us to manage them indefinitely. We consider either a winning solution.
